Tempest Advertising is a highly awarded national agency with branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. We are looking for a creative and skilled Visualizer to produce engaging and visually appealing digital content for various platforms for our clients across sectors like Hospitality, Education, Micro Irrigation, Large Township Projects, Metro Rail, Real Estate, Agri-Tech, and Building Materials among others.

Job Location: Pune (Work from Office).

Compulsory Requirements:

- Educational qualification: GD Arts/Fine Arts from a reputed college/institution- Work Exp: 2-4 years- Software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CorelDraw, or other design tools and Artificial Intelligence tools- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects and campaigns- Experience with motion graphics and video editing would be desirable but not compulsory- Strong understanding of digital media, and emerging trends- Ability to translate concepts into effective visual communications- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital designs, including web graphics, social media posts, email templates, digital ads, and other digital marketing material- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Servicing, Copy, and Digital, to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives- Developing innovative and creative design concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate key messages- Optimizing graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and performance across different devices and browsers- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas and concepts to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
