  • Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution.
    • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken French.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry.
  • Enthusiastic about sports with a solid understanding of various sports events and betting terminology.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
