Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. Critical Thinking: Analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions. What you will do End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development. Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs. Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations. Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback. Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects. Requirements What We’re Looking For UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping. Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles. Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma. Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively. Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
