Job Description

Position Title           : Sr. MIS Executive / Data Management Executive

Department             : Operations
Reporting to            : Head of Operations
Shift Timing             : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days working)
Language                : Proficient in Hindi & English (verbal & written both)
Gender                    : Male
Job Location           : Mumbai – Dadar
Summary of Job Responsibility: The person should understand business processes. Incumbent should be able to provide insightful information to aid process enhancement and improvements. The role holder will be responsible to prepare and share information for the business. The candidate should be able to work on Excel, Google sheets, dashboards and analyse data. Incumbent should be able to work with stakeholders by providing the timely reports, creating macros and making process improvements wherever required.

 KeyResponsibilities:


  • Excel/Google Sheets :
    • Advance knowledge of both Excel and Google Sheets required.
    • Ability to manage existing sheets, coordinate with Teams at Office and Plant to manage Data effectively and provide support.
    • Should be well versed with the Excel Formulas.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with Management and Team Members across organization
  • Problem Solving :
    • Should be able to identify any issues in the Data management system effectively and help with Troubleshooting of any issues occurring during Data entry by Teams.
  • Email Management:
    • Proficient in handling basic email correspondence, responding to queries, and maintaining a professional email etiquette.
  • Creation of Data Sheets :
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining any new Data Sheet required by the Management/Office Team/Plant Team
  • General Administration:
    • Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized record

Requirements Candidate Requirements : 
  • Knowledge of Google sheets (i.e. functions like importrange, split, Match, Index, Unique, Sumifs, Countifs, Queries, Arrays, Vlookup, find/Search, Sum products, Hlookup, Pivot table, nested if, etc.).
  • Experience in creating and managing systems created using Google Sheets
  • Creating customized dashboards using Google Sheets or Data Studio
  • Experience in working with MIS (Management Information System).
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Google sheets and advance excel.
  • Knowledge of Appscript is good to have.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar ERP/MIS Management role.
  • Proventrack record of effective communicationandmultitasking.
  • Advanced Knowledge of using Software such as Excel/Google
     Sheets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
