Responsibilities

As a D365 F&O Retail Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects; should be client-focused, team-oriented and with exceptional communication skills. We seek a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is adept at meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX in Retail module; with at least 3 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce

Must have performed at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations

Hands on experience in the Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems

Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation

Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately

Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/mitigate/resolve them

Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade

Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations

Experience working with Modern Point of Sale (MPOS) and Cloud Point of Sale (CPOS) and Retail HQ
