Job Title: Security Analyst L2 (MDR/SOC)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office Only)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Mandatory)
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description:
We are hiring a Level 2 Security Analyst with 5+ years of experience in a SOC/MDR environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and triaging security events, validating alerts, assisting in incident response, and enhancing security operations across various platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze alerts via SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
- Validate and escalate incidents as needed
- Support MDR team in detection, triage, and containment
- Handle high/critical severity incidents as per playbook
- Work with tools like CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, ServiceNow
- Maintain shift logs, update documentation, and improve procedures
- Participate in threat hunting and incident response activities
Mandatory Skills:
- SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel)
- Incident Response & Alert Triage
- Strong knowledge of Network Security, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, Firewalls
- Hands-on with Windows & Unix systems
- Experience with EDR/AV tools like CrowdStrike, MDE
Preferred Certifications
Security+, CEH, CISSP, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH/Reverse Engineering)
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be willing to work from Bangalore office
- Must be open to 24x7 rotational shifts
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
