Job Purpose:Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the IM projects.Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability.Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise.Build and maintain strong relationship with HR function, specifically with the HR Technology team, HR GPO and business owners of HR applications.Lead and/or participate in projects covering the applications in HR domain including integration with other applications.At Nouryon, our global team of Changemakers takes positive action every day, to reach higher collectively and individually. Key Accountabilities:Supports demand management in writing project charters and translation into detailed requirements – in line with the IPM project methodology.Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions.Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the applications in scope.Reviews impact assessment and solution directions for change requests.Keeps IM documentation and CMDB up-to-date for the business processes and applications in scope.Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments – check of designs and build.Supports the testing and training activities for CR’s and in projects.Contributes to and initiates continuous improvement activities.

Key Activities:Leads and/or participates in IM projects in different roles e.g. project manager, lead solution architect, HR project consultant or QA role.Supports IM Services FAM team in handling MyIT tickets in line with the IM Operating ModelSupports HR business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics

Experiences:Background: SAP Consulting or HR business role with strong IT focus.Professional with around 7-10 years of experience in the IT sector including at least 5 years in the SAP HR applications domain (SuccessFactors)

Skills:Good communicator and influencer: Ability to influence internal and external parties and communicate clearly in at different levels. Fluent in written and spoken English.Used to working in a global environment and familiar with regional specifics.Knowledge of / experience with the manufacturing / process industry.Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies, especially in the HR IT ecosystem.Business process modelling and application architecture design (logical and physical) – frameworks (TOGAF), tools, technologies, methodologies.Strong analytical skills over multiple technical domains to identify opportunities and solutions.Solves problems using knowledge, experience and analysis of available information.Ability to remain neutral toward technology, vendor and product choices, as well as to be more interested in results than in personal preferences.Broad knowledge and experience of architecture, technology platforms and HR business domain with relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors environment.Hands-on experience in HR IT implementation projects and programs.Preferably knowledge of areas integrating to payroll, FTE reporting, employee expenses and country specifics.Preferably knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
