And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExperienceAny degree or equivalentMinimum 8-10 years’ experience working with security teams in lead roles in SOC etc.Fundamental knowledge of IT, applications accesses and cybersecurity/ information securityKnowledge of technical aspects of the Security Assessment processes is an added advantageEnergetic and matured and focus on collective SuccessDemonstrate commitment & Team Spirit by inspiration, exemplarity, care and sustainabilityEffective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environmentSelf-starter and Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team of peersExpertise in Excel/Word & Power Point and other office/productive tools.Good communication skills on both written, spoken and presentation skillsQuick learner and proactively take ownershipGood in coordination and communication skillsStrong understanding of risk management practices, controls assessment, and NIST guidelines.Ability to improvise cyber security defenses.Experience in handling information security projects and improvisation of SOC processes.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, SANS and OSCP are a plus.
