**Position Overview**
Autodesk is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with expertise in web technologies and a background in automation. You will enhance quality assurance efforts for our web-based applications while transitioning our Moldflow Injection Molding working group to web technologies. You will guide the team in adopting automation, design testing strategies for both desktop and web-based applications, and ensure the quality and performance of our products. You will work in a hybrid environment based in Pune, India, reporting directly to a Director.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead QA efforts for web-based applications to ensure high quality and performance
+ Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
+ Maintain automation frameworks for web applications
+ Implement automated test scripts and ensure their integration into CI/CD pipelines
+ Architect comprehensive testing strategies for both desktop and web-based applications
+ Ensure coverage of functional, regression, performance, and security testing
+ Work with development teams to understand requirements and provide QA insights
+ Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance and automation
+ Apply knowledge of web technologies and Moldflow Injection Molding processes to enhance quality
+ Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in web QA and automation
+ Seek opportunities to enhance QA processes and team efficiency
+ Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in QA and automation tools
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
+ 5-8 years in quality assurance with a focus on web technologies
+ Experience building automation frameworks
+ Expertise in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
+ Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework)
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
+ Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and stakeholders, with strong teamwork skills
+ Problem-solving skills
