Account Executive - Corporate Wellness

Our Client: Our client, a leading insurtech startup specializes in providing innovative and comprehensive employee benefits solutions, offering a range of customizable packages tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses through their tech-first platform. They are backed by leading global investors and are on their scale up stage.

  • Title: Account Executive Corporate Wellness
  • Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
  • Education: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Healthcare Sales / Corporate Wellness
  • Working Days: 5 days a week

Role & Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective clients to understand their unique employee wellness needs.
  • Driving solution selling by building strong, customized business cases.
  • Positioning and championing the company's value proposition to stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with HR, CXO, and decision-makers across organizations.
  • Providing structured, actionable feedback to the product team to enhance offerings.
  • Consistently exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Enterprise b2b sales, account management, handling retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling healthcare solutions.

Core Requirements

  • Proven track record: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related domains.
  • Strong communication & influencing skills: Ability to engage decision-makers, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Target orientation: History of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach challenges in a structured, persistent manner.
  • Domain passion: Genuine interest in wellness-tech, healthcare, and employee wellbeing.
