Responsibilities

  • Collaborate deeply with the team and client to understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions in various formats for digital (and sometimes print) collaterals.
  • Design web pages, infographics, brochures, logos, annual reports, SMM graphics, animations, reels and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with content team to ensure copy + graphic materials portray a uniform brand messaging in tune with the client’s objectives.
  • Adapt marketing collaterals from one format to other (for e.g., brochure to a short animation etc.).
  • Ideate and create reels and short videos for social handle.


Requirements

  • Degree in Design / Fine Arts / Applied Arts.
  • Good aesthetic sense and an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Should be efficient in using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Audacity and/or other audio editing tools, Corel Draw, Canva.
  • Strong team player.
  • Quick delivery cycles.
  • Understands User Experience.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret current trends in design and animation and adapt them to client requirements.
  • Good to have skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends in design.
  • Confidence to face clients directly.
  • Experience with wireframe designing.
  • Ease of learning any technical design tool, which sometimes the client uses but we do not, so have to adapt.
