The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales for TrueCaller for Business services, from lead generation to successful onboarding and payment collections.

Job Description:As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process for TrueCaller for Business services. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads, demonstrating the value of our solutions, handling objections, and successfully closing deals. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and target new leads within the TrueCaller for Business market, utilizing a variety of lead generation techniques.

2.

Lead Warming and Demonstration:

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and showcasing the benefits of TrueCaller for Business.

3.

Commercial Proposal:

Create customized commercial proposals based on client requirements, ensuring that they align with Phonon's offerings and pricing strategies.

4.

Negotiations:

Engage in effective negotiations, presenting the value proposition of our solutions while addressing client concerns and objections.

5.

Objection Handling:

Skillfully address client objections and concerns to overcome potential barriers to closing deals.

6.

Onboarding:

Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

7.

Payment Collections:

Work closely with clients to ensure timely payment collections, maintaining a strong financial relationship.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the B2B sector.- Strong understanding of TrueCaller for Business services or a similar product.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to close deals.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.- Located in Vadodara, Gujarat, or willing to relocate.
