Position Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Creative Team Lead to oversee a team of 3D Visualizers and Designers, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency across all projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creative leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to align design efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 3D Visualizers and Designers to achieve creative excellence.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Design Oversight and Quality Control:

- Ensure consistency in design styles, branding, and messaging across all creative outputs.- Oversee the creation of high-quality visualizations, renderings, and design assets.- Provide creative direction and resolve design challenges to meet project goals.

Process Development and Optimization:

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to streamline creative workflows.- Establish best practices to enhance efficiency and maintain design standards.- Regularly review processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand project requirements and align creative outputs with overall objectives.- Act as the main point of contact between the creative team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning.

Project Management:

- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.- Maintain detailed records of project progress and performance metrics.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 7+ years in a creative or design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; advanced certifications in 3D visualization or design tools are a plus.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent tools).- Creative Vision: Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to guide and refine design concepts.- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a creative team.- Process-Oriented: Experience in creating and implementing SOPs and design guidelines.- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.- Experience in the surfaces, architecture, or interior design industry.- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in design and visualization.
