We are hiring for the role of International Voice in FLY Consulting Services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in voice process or international voice process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.Good knowledge of customer care practices and principles.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.Flexible to work in rotational shifts.Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.Provide excellent customer service and support.Address customer queries and concerns effectively.Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Follow company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge.Adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
