Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Programmer with 10-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on Siemens and Rockwell platforms, as well as proficiency in batching, historian, SSRS reporting, client-server architecture, PCS7, and control logic.

Accountable and Responsible for :

Lead and manage the in-house programming team to ensure high efficiency and project success.Design, develop, and implement software solutions on Siemens and Rockwell platforms, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.Develop and manage batching processes and have a thorough understanding of historian technologies.Create, modify, and maintain SSRS reports to support the organization's reporting needs.Design and maintain client-server architecture to ensure optimal performance and security.Work on PCS7 and control logic to develop and support complex industrial automation systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of various systems and platforms.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven 10-12 years of professional experience in programming and software development, particularly on Siemens and Rockwell platforms.Expertise in batching, historian technologies, SSRS reporting, client-server architecture, PCS7, and control logic.Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and control engineering principles.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Proficient in programming languages relevant to Siemens and Rockwell platforms.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of managing and leading programming teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Certifications relevant to Siemens or Rockwell platforms will be considered an advantage.
