Position Overview: We seek a proactive Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, a passion for optimizing performance, adopting cutting-edge tools, and balancing innovation with reliability. Experience with cloud platforms is essential, and your primary focus will be crafting fast, scalable, and future-ready solutions for our growing marketplace. Key Responsibilities: ·      Design, build, and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, prioritizing Lighthouse scores and Core Web Vitals.Develop and optimize backend APIs and services using Node.js, , Go, and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices). ·      Implement efficient state management (Zustand/Redux), lazy loading, and code-splitting for optimal frontend performance. ·      Design and optimize queries for relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. ·      Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying, scaling and managing both frontend and backend infrastructure, utilizing services like serverless functions, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and managed databases. ·      Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor.sh, GitHub Copilot) and automation workflows to accelerate development without compromising quality across the stack. ·      Collaborate within the engineering team to design efficient API integrations (REST/GraphQL) and support real-time features. ·      Stay ahead of trends: Experiment with Web3, WebAssembly, reactive architectures, and modern backend technologies to solve platform challenges. ·      Advocate for security best practices (e.g., input sanitization, secure auth flows, CSP headers) during code reviews and feature planning across the entire application. ·      Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of full-stack applications. Required Qualifications: ·      3+ years of full stack development experience (exceptions for exceptional talent). ·      Mastery of React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks for frontend development. ·      Strong proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Node.js, Go. ·      Proven ability to design and optimize RESTful or GraphQL APIs. ·      Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. ·      Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). ·      Experience with containerization technologies (Docker). ·      Proven ability to optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, state management, bundle optimization). ·      Familiarity with marketplace features (search, filters, payments) and scalable full-stack architecture. Preferred Qualifications: ·      Experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions). ·      Familiarity with message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). ·      Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for full-stack deployments. ·      Experience with testing frameworks for both frontend and backend applications (unit, integration, end-to-end). ·      Portfolio/GitHub demonstrating clean code, performance optimizations,innovative full-stack projects, or contributions to open-source projects. ·      Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Professional Developer, Azure Developer Associate) are a plus. ·      Experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) for both frontend and backend.
