Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Unit located in Harihar. The Head of Unit will be responsible for overseeing unit operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, strategizing on production processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing resource utilization. The role also involves leading initiatives to improve productivity and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

- Technical and industry knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the spice or essential oils industry
