Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative Instagram Reels Video Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a good eye for design, and the ability to create engaging and trendy short-form content tailored for Instagram audiences.Responsibilities- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels aligned with client branding and messaging.- Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ensure consistent visual style and tone.- Stay updated on current trends in Instagram Reels and adapt content accordingly.- Manage tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of output.- Provide creative input to enhance video concepts and designs.Requirements- Edit two high-quality Instagram Reels per day aligned with client branding and messaging.- Proven experience in editing Instagram Reels or similar short-form content.- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, transitions, and formats.- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Who We Don’t NeedTo ensure a perfect fit for this role, please do not apply if you:- Are primarily a VFX editor, animator, or film editor focused on cinematic or feature-length projects.- Are a videographer whose expertise is primarily in shooting, not editing.- Are a graphic designer with limited experience in video editing for Instagram Reels.- Lack of familiarity with Instagram’s unique trends, transitions, and audience preferences.Pay and Benefits- CTC (Monthly): ₹27,000 - ₹32,000 based on experience and performance.- Flexible work hours, provided deadlines are met.- Competitive salary with room for growth based on performance.- Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.- Be part of a dynamic and creative team shaping the future of personal branding.Day-to-Day Workflow- Reviewing raw footage and brainstorming creative concepts.- Editing two Reels per day with a focus on quality and client messaging.- Collaborating with the team on content ideas and feedback.About UsGraphVIO is a fast-growing branding and personal branding agency that helps clients build impactful online presences.
