Job description For Team Lead Talent Acquisition
Industry : IT/ Manufacturing / Automotive
Location: Pollachi.
Experience: 6-8 Years.
Salary: 7 LPA
Notice Period: 30 days.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning, defining, and strategizing the hiring needs along with the stakeholders
Searching for candidates who meet the requirements
Publishing job advertisements
Managing recruitment channels (e.g. internet, social networks, executive search, Job sites, etc.)
Screening CVs and calling candidates for interview
Conducting selection interviews
Presenting candidate short lists to Hiring Manager(s)
Conducting hiring procedures
Monitoring recruitment KPI
Developing recruiting and talent acquisition strategies Drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our Domestic & International operations
Building and maintaining the database of Professionals.
Ensure TAT is achieved as per timelines and joining of the candidate within the stipulated time frame
Handling a team
Desired Candidate Profile:
6+ years of recruitment experience in end to end hiring. Preferably from IT/ Automotive/Manufacturing
Exposure to work on applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals.
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sourcing using various channels, like Job sites, Social Media Networks,Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Github, Stackover flow and employee referrals etc.
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers
Working knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends.
Strong negotiation skills
Good candidate management
Male candidates are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Stakeholder management
Vendor Management
Good leadership skills and time management.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Analytical skills to use data and make informed decisions by using TA metrics.
