Conduct post-stay consultations and follow-up guidance to support guests after their treatment. Do online consultation and recommendations. Explain wellness packages and recommend suitable programs tailored to guests’ health objectives. Guide guests on pre-arrival dietary requirements. Lead weekly wellness meetings to discuss upcoming arrival and inhouse guest status and find out potential case studies. Maintain master tracker with guest wellness data, including demographics, Program details and primary health objective. Contribute to case studies and research initiatives. Prepare technical documentation to ensure compliance with international quality standards. Prepare Power Point presentations for monthly MIS meetings Deliver wellness program training sessions for the sales and reservations teams. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support continuous quality improvement efforts. Create and develop content for articles, magazines, and wellness publications for the marketing team. Review and proofread wellness-related books, magazines, and articles for accuracy and quality. As part of training and development, needs to visit the Ananda property when required.
