Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Asansol. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include client meetings, market research, creating business proposals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective business development strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Team player with strong leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
