Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Windows Active Directory object maintenance, Conducts complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2019, Domain Controllers, user authentication and other operational systems as needed.
Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
Hands-on project experience designing and implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning and role based access controls.
Working experience of lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
Working experience of operating-system administration skills of Windows Server 2008-2019.
Provide technical review of existing implementations and administrative practices
Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows 2008-2019 landscape.
Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Management (FIM), Ldap Proxy, Azure AD & Quest Migration.
Resolve and conduct root cause analysis of system performance/failure issues.
Manage production and maintenance of system documentation and standard operating procedures
Engage key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure customer and strategic requirements are being met.
On-call support during off-duty hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays on a scheduled/rotating basis.
