Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (SAP Fieldglass) , a crucial role within the organization, responsible for acting as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP Fieldglass solutions.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, requirement elicitation, proposing functional solutions, supporting acceptance testing, and managing conflicts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycle (SDLC) projects, documentation, and requirements management.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between development teams and business partners Work directly with client/business stakeholders for requirements elicitation Propose feasible functional solutions to meet business needs Support acceptance testing and secure client buy-in Handle conflicts and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders Collaborate with development stakeholders for requirements feasibility and elaboration Manage ambiguity resolution and provide clarifications Review test scenarios and test results Document software system requirements and manage requirements with end-to-end traceability Utilize project/change management tools such as Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow Implement user stories and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin BDD approach Have experience with Agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe Be knowledgeable in Fieldglass modules like Contingent, Assignment, Services, or Profile worker Participate in Fieldglass projects such as implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing Collect and document requirements using Azure DevOps or Jira tools Work on Fieldglass configurations if required Interact with business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

6 to 9 years of experience in a similar role Experience working on SDLC projects Strong experience in documentation and requirements management Proficiency in project/change management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, ServiceNow) Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, SAFe) Familiarity with Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Assignment, Services, Profile worker) Experience in Fieldglass projects (implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, testing) Ability to work on Fieldglass configurations Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Experience interacting with business, development, and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

Experience in technical aspects of projects (DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, etc.) Background in leading domains (BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, LifeSciences, ECOMM, Supply Chain) Experience in software development and/or testing Experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager roles Onsite client location experience
