Role Description

This is a full-time/contract hybrid role for a Vlocity Developer at Alphaleo with locations mentioned below, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Vlocity Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Vlocity solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM projects.

Locations

Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune

Work from Office requirements

2-3 days each week

Mandatory Qualifying Criteria

  • 4-5 years minimum development experience in Salesforce.com with strong capabilities in LWC and Omnistudio
  • Experience delivering projects in Telecom industry using Salesforce Communications Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in Vlocity CPQ (not Steelbrick or any other CPQ)
  • Hands-on experience in Vlocity ESM (Enterprise Sales Management) and OM (Order Management)
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps
  • Exposure working on complex enterprise environments

Qualifications

  • Vlocity Development, Salesforce Integration, and CRM Customization skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing Vlocity solutions
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
