We're looking for a dynamic, insight-driven SEO, AEO and Content Intern to lead the charge in growing search rankings. You'll own organic discoverability, draft compelling content through AEO intent, amplify Mintoak's traffic on the website and grow social media.

What You'll Do:

Strategize & Optimize

  • Build and execute a forward-first
    Organic SEO + AEO
    plan for Mintoak's website and Mintoak AppMarketplace to drive traffic
  • Shift the content engine to focus on high-impact, conversational, and intent-driven content
  • Track traffic and grow organic traffic + registrations for AMP through blogs
  • Own and implement the latest SEO framework across websites

Write, Draft, Create

  • Draft SEO + AEO blogs for Mintoak and Mintoak AppMarketplace
  • Optimise existing blogs to reach a larger audience
  • Translate technical or product-heavy topics into blogs or bite-sized content
  • Collaborate with the design team to push out relevant creatives

Own Social from the Inside Out

  • Take charge of Mintoak's social media calendar – with a focus on
    Instagram-first content
  • Lead Mintoak AppMarketplace Content for Facebook
  • Create quick, scroll-stopping content: reels, stories, behind-the-scenes moments
  • Power up
    employee branding
    and amplify internal culture via day-in-the-life and UGC content

Internal Marketing & Branding

  • Launch internal newsletters, one-pagers, campaigns and assets that employees
    want to read

This will be a paid internship.
