Introduction
The  ffreedom Fellowship Program  is a unique initiative by the ffreedom app to discover and nurture young, passionate individuals who aspire to make their mark in the media world. What You Will Gain
As a ffreedom Fellow, you will have access to a plethora of resources and opportunities that will set you on the path to success:
1.       Expert Production Support:  Gain access to ffreedom app’s expert camera and post-production team, who will help you create professional-grade content.
2.       Knowledge Base Access:  Tap into the vast reservoir of knowledge and experience that has made ffreedom app South India’s largest YouTube network. Learn the strategies and techniques that have been honed over years of building a successful digital presence.
3.       Mentorship by Industry Leaders:  Be coached and mentored by ffreedom app’s team of successful anchors and creative directors. These seasoned professionals will guide you through the nuances of content creation and media presentation.
4.       Platform for Your Content:  Your videos will be showcased on ffreedom app’s YouTube channels and Instagram pages, providing you with exposure to a large and engaged audience.
5.       Financial Support:  During the six-month fellowship program, you will receive a stipend of INR 20,000 per month to support your journey.
6.       Career Opportunities:  Upon successful completion of the fellowship, outstanding performers may be offered full-time employment with ffreedom app, accompanied by an industry-best salary package, subject to performance and assessments.

1.       Passion for Media: A deep desire to be part of the media world, with aspirations to become a recognized social media influencer.
2.       Educational Background: Minimum qualification of graduation.
3.       Bilingual Communication Skills: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential for effective communication.
4.       Presentation Excellence: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
5.       Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and translate them into compelling content.
6.       Dedication and Commitment: A willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish tasks and a commitment to continuous learning through hands-on experience.
7.       Work Ethic: Ready to invest time and effort beyond regular working hours to learn from every opportunity and grow in the role.
Selection Process
We have designed a comprehensive selection process to identify the best candidates for the ffreedom Fellowship Program:
1.       Application: Interested candidates should apply by sending their CV, a portfolio of their work (including videos/pictures), and a clear cover letter explaining why they want to take up this opportunity to  .
2.       Application Review: Our team will carefully review all applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an audition at ffreedom app headquarters in Bangalore.
3.       Audition and Interviews: Candidates who clear the audition will go through three rounds of interviews with ffreedom app’s leadership team to assess their suitability for the program.
