Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced PYP (Primary Years Programme) Facilitator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for passionate educators who thrive in an innovative environment and are eager to inspire young learners. As a PYP Facilitator at The Shri Ram Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Implementation:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the IB PYP framework, focusing on English, Mathematics, Science, or other core subjects.Student Development:

Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports the individual needs and growth of each student.Collaborative Planning:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, implement, and evaluate cross-disciplinary units of inquiry that integrate the PYP philosophy.Assessment and Reporting:

Utilize a variety of assessment strategies to monitor and report on student progress, ensuring that learning objectives are met.Professional Development:

Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and best practices within the IB community.Community Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider school community, encouraging an open and inclusive dialogue to support student success.

Qualifications:Educational Background:

Post-graduation in a relevant field. Preferably a B.Ed. in English, Mathematics, Science, or related core subjects.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in early years education, with at least 2 years of experience in an IB PYP setting.Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of child development and educational practices, and the ability to create an engaging and challenging learning environment.Attributes:
