Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :


- Create new OMS development instances on the IBM CoC platform using existing brand configurations as a baseline.

- Perform basic data setup including catalog items, inventory, and store/distribution center configurations.

- Analyze and understand the customer order management process configurations of the baseline brand's OMS platform.


- Document all OMS business process configurations.

- Design and produce technical architecture documents for the OMS Brand Onboarding Template Tool.

- Build, deploy, and validate the OMS tool with pre-defined templates for new brand onboarding.

- Collaborate with the QA team for tool validation.

- Analyze new brand data setup requirements and create setup data for onboarding.

- Test and validate the customer order management and fulfillment processes for new brands.

- Complete the QA process to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience of 5+ years as an IBM Sterling OMS Developer.

- Strong understanding of the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).


- Experience with OMS development and configuration.

- Experience with XML configuration and API integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
