The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through consistent bidding and proposal submissions, closely following up with clients, and ensuring successful project acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:Actively search for relevant project opportunities on UpworkDraft tailored proposals and submit bids in alignment with client requirementsCommunicate professionally with prospective clients, providing clear insights into our services and solutionsCoordinate with the internal team to ensure we deliver on client expectations and scopeMaintain detailed records of bids, ongoing negotiations, and closed dealsAchieve target project acquisitions on a monthly/quarterly basisKeep up to date with Upwork trends, algorithms, and platform updatesQualifications:Proven experience as an Upwork bidder, with a strong history of successful project winsExcellent written communication skills and the ability to create persuasive, custom proposalsKnowledge of web development, mobile app development, or software solutions is a plusStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and follow-ups simultaneouslySelf-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for securing new business opportunities
