Role Description :

- As a Shopify Developer, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain an interactive and efficient online Shopify store to drive sales and revenue.

- You will collaborate with UX and UI design teams to create exclusive and innovative front-end user experiences while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of the website.

- Your expertise in Shopify theme development, customization, and optimization will be essential for delivering a seamless shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes to meet business requirements and brand guidelines.

- Implement new features and functionalities using Shopify's theme creation and customization capabilities.

- Generate custom Shopify themes and modify pre-existing templates based on defined brand benchmarks and design specifications.

- Collaborate closely with UX and UI design teams to develop robust and innovative front-end user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

- Optimize website code for speed, scalability, and security, ensuring optimal performance across all devices and browsers.

- Continuously monitor and improve website performance to increase conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Shopify development, incorporating best practices and new features into website design and development.

- Manage teams and effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and capabilities in Shopify development.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.

- Proficiency in Shopify theme development and customization, including Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Shopify's theme creation and customization capabilities, including building custom sections, blocks, and templates.

- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices, with the ability to create responsive and pixel-perfect designs.

- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, including image optimization, lazy loading, and caching strategies.

- Familiarity with Shopify app development and integration, including third-party apps and APIs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with a preference for Agile or Scrum.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
