JobRequirement:

1.SolutionDevelopment:

Design develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutionsto address business needs and improve operationalefficiency.

Utilize the Power Platform to create custom apps workflows anddashboards to streamline businessprocesses.

2.Integration andCustomization:

Develop custom plugins workflows and business process flows usingC# to extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and integrate withexternalsystems.

Configure and customize entity forms views and fields to tailorDynamics 365 CRM to specific businessrequirements.

3.DataManagement:

Design and implement data models and relationships within Dynamics365 CRM to ensure accurate data storage andretrieval.

Develop data migration plans and scripts to import/export databetween Dynamics 365 CRM and othersystems.

4.Power Automate and Power BIIntegration:

Utilize Power Automate to automate business processes and workflowsintegrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications andservices.

Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize Dynamics 365CRM data and provide insights tostakeholders.

5.Azure Services Utilization (Nice toHave):

Leverage Azure Web Apps Logic Apps and Azure Functions to extendDynamics 365 CRM capabilities and integrate with other Azureservices.

Utilize Azure DevOps for version control continuous integration anddeployment of Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions.

6.Monitoring andOptimization:

Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization andimprovement within Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions.

Utilize Azure monitoring tools such as Cosmos and Kusto forinsights into application health andperformance.

7.Documentation andCollaboration:

Document customizations configurations and technical specificationsto facilitate knowledge sharing andsupport.

Collaborate with stakeholders including business users analysts andadministrators to gather requirements and ensure successfulsolutiondelivery.
