Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, customization, and support of SAP CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, and possess strong technical expertise in ABAP programming language. Additionally, proficiency in SAP CRM configuration, enhancement, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems is :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP CRM solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
  • Design and develop custom solutions, enhancements, and integrations within the SAP CRM system using ABAP programming language and SAP CRM technical tools.
  • Customize and configure SAP CRM applications to meet business requirements, including UI enhancements, data model modifications, and workflow developments.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of SAP CRM solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM applications, including troubleshooting technical issues, implementing bug fixes, and performing system enhancements.
  • Participate in SAP CRM upgrade projects, including assessing impacts, performing system upgrades, and testing new features and functionalities.
  • Document technical designs, development activities, and system configurations following established documentation standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality SAP CRM solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
  • Min 6 years of experience working as a SAP CRM Technical Consultant or a similar role in SAP CRM implementation projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in ABAP programming language, including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement spots.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, and proficiency in CRM WebClient UI.
  • Experience in SAP CRM customization and configuration, including UI enhancements, data model modifications, and workflow developments.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM middleware and integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI.
  • Familiarity with SAP CRM architecture, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
