Operations / Program Analyst

THE ROLE

We're hiring an Operations / Program Analyst to support EF Bangalore's Platform team. You'll partner with Talent Investors, Platform colleagues and the GM to drive program-level operations and delivery, own tooling and processes, and deliver data reporting and process improvements. You'll also help build EF's brand in India by driving community engagement, activating our alumni network, and driving the creation and rollout of marketing content / collateral for our site.

This is a high-visibility, autonomous role for a self-starter:
you'll own charters end-to-end, coordinate directly with the Bangalore and global leadership teams, play a pivotal role in setting the founders up for success, and represent the EF culture at every touchpoint with our stakeholders and customers.

: Full-time, in-office — Bangalore, India

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program delivery and success:

• Own program success and manage end-to-end delivery of our 3-month FORM program in Bangalore
• Lead program-level data reporting and tracking, manage and track actions from debriefs, coordinate closely with TIs and the GM on driving an excellent program delivery
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and deliver a world class customer experience for cohort members across every interaction and touchpoint.
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground with the founders, you will own thinking around program content and how we structure the program delivery.

Process documentation and improvements

• Write and maintain operational documentation, run regular process audits, and partner on automations to reduce manual work and make our operations as efficient as possible.

Pipeline Management & Tooling

• Own CRM / pipeline tasks and partner with Data & Tooling to keep reports, dashboards and data hygiene accurate and actionable.

Stakeholder coordination

• Become the point-of-contact for Bangalore Operations team for our global stakeholders; coordinate with internal teams and external partners to close operational tasks end-to-end

Brand Building & Marketing

• Support EF's brand building in India and local marketing: drive event promotions, own the creation and rollout of external marketing content from local programs and events.

Communities & partnerships activation

• Activate our Bangalore community, driving engagement with our local partners and alumni. This will include planning Alumni events, refining how we communicate with our Alumni community
• Develop our partnership base through identifying the needs of founders and alumni and building and implementing a partnership plan.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience:
  0-3 years
  total experience in operations / program management / marketing or customer-facing roles. Experience in an early stage startup is a plus.
• Customer-facing skills:
  Comfortable when interacting with founders, partners and external stakeholders — able to uphold EF brand and ethos.
• Program management:
  Strong program delivery skills — you can manage multiple priorities simultaneously with clear tracking and follow-up.
• Ownership & execution:
  You take projects from brief to delivery with reliable follow-through and an ownership mindset
• Process-minded:
  Comfortable documenting SOPs, running audits and recommending automations.
• Stakeholder management:
  Proven ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver on time.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal skills
• Marketing experience (good to have, not mandatory):
  Experience creating local marketing and Brand playbooks for early stage companies is a plus.
• Data & tooling comfort:
  Able to pull, interpret and act on reports; experience with Salesforce / AirTable / Google Sheets is a strong plus.
• An analytical mindset and willingness to apply to day-to-day operations
