We are hiring a motivated Content Support Specialist to join our team

Your role will involve providing content support by managing the Learning Management System, handling content tasks, troubleshooting document formatting issues, and ensuring the smooth presentation of materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Content Support Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in managing and organizing content across various platforms, ensuring it is easily accessible and aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide support in data entry and maintaining accurate and up-to-date content records.
  • Create, format, and prepare documents and materials for internal use and learning platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal while following established guidelines.
  • Assist in refining document layouts, margins, and formatting while resolving technical issues related to content presentation, QR codes, and file formatting.
  • Work closely with team members from different departments to ensure the smooth flow of content and ensure that all tasks are completed according to timelines.
  • Communicate effectively to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure content quality.

Qualifications, Skills and abilities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in content management and data entry

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in content management, document preparation, or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of office tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with content management systems or learning platforms is a plus but not essential.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools is a plus.

This is a remote position, so location doesn't matter—only your skills do

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹320,000.00 per year
