Key Responsibilities:

· Provide daily care, supervision, and guidance to all female children in the home.
· Ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes trust and respect.
· Monitor children's health, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional needs.
· Assist with children's daily routines such as waking up, meals, school preparation, homework, and bedtime.
· Foster positive behaviors, discipline, and conflict resolution among children.
· Support children's education by liaising with teachers, helping with homework, and motivating academic progress.
· Organize recreational, cultural, and skill-building activities for holistic development.
· Maintain records of attendance, health check-ups, and progress reports as required.
· Ensure compliance with organizational child protection and safeguarding policies.
. Reports any incidents, concerns, or needs to the Superintendent & Child Welfare Officer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
