Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect should have minimum 3 to 5 years of Relevant Work Experience and should have previously managed a team / an entire project alone. The Senior Architect will work in a team to design and develop building plans, supervise construction projects, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within the budget. The Senior Architect will also review codes, regulations, and building standards to ensure that the projects adhere to the necessary guidelines and meet the client's expectations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit or other similar design software
  • Basic knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and structural analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
