Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Associate located in Noida. The International Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of international student clients, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions and accommodation process, and building strong relationships with university and property partners. The role includes conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or student services
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Knowledge of international education systems and student accommodation options
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
