Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our B2B SaaS product offerings . In this entry-level role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams— Engineering, Design, QA, and Business Stakeholders —to ensure product initiatives are efficiently tracked, communicated, and delivered . You’ll leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel to maintain transparency into product progress and support data-driven decision-making . Key Responsibilities ️

  • Sprint Coordination & Tracking:
  • Own the upkeep of Jira boards, creating and updating epics, user stories, and tasks to reflect current project status.
  • Ensure all team members maintain accurate and timely task status updates , providing visibility into deliverables and dependencies.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Regularly produce and present sprint outcome reports and release notes, highlighting successes, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize Power BI, Excel , and other analytics tools to generate insights and dashboards that guide decision-making, improve predictability, and measure product performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation in Confluence and other knowledge repositories.
  • Prepare concise presentations and updates in PowerPoint for internal stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and refine agile processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance product quality.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of best practices in project management, communication, and documentation.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
  • Assess issues as they arise and propose strategic recommendations to resolve conflicts, clarify requirements, or re-prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to validate hypotheses, refine product roadmaps, and align product capabilities with customer needs and market trends .

Technical Requirements

  • Hands-on experience (academic or professional) working with Jira for task management and reporting.
  • Basic proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel) to generate meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools for maintaining centralized information.
  • Comfort using PowerPoint or similar presentation software for summarizing product updates and insights.

Preferred Qualifications ✅

  • Previous internship or project experience in product management, project coordination , or a related field.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies .
  • Strong analytical aptitude , including the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills , enabling you to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional environment, demonstrating both accountability and empathy toward team members.
