Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager (Residential Projects)

Location: Delhi

Salary Range: 35,000 50,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in residential interior project execution

Male candidate.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential interior projects from concept to completion.The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, vendor coordination, client communication, and ensuring timely project execution with attention to quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations at residential interior project sites.
  • Ensure execution of work as per drawings, design, and specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of each milestone.
  • Handle procurement of materials and quality checks.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
  • Provide daily / weekly site progress reports to management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal design team.
  • Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with MEP, civil, and carpentry teams as required.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on site supervision/project management experience in residential interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage labor and vendors.
  • Proficient with MS Office and site reporting tools.
  • Should be presentable and client-facing.
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR as required
  • Own vehicle is a plus
