We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our marketing team atThe Tamarind Tree. You will play a key role in building our digital presence by creating engagingcontent, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and bringing The Tamarind Tree’s story to lifethrough reels, posts, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.- Capture and edit engaging Reels and Stories during events, walkthroughs, and day-to-day activities.- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas and content calendars.- Edit photos and videos for posts, stories, and ads using tools like InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite.- Stay on top of trends, audios, and creative formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.- Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve performance.- Assist in coordinating shoots, managing content libraries, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.Requirements:- Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.- Basic skills in mobile videography and photo editing (especially for reels and stories).- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and a keen interest in learning basic analytics tools.- Proficiency in popular video/photo editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).- Excellent communication skills and an eye for design and aesthetics.- Ability to work on-site, especially during events or shoots.- Some experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or design is a plus.What You’ll Gain:- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.- A chance to work in a beautiful, inspiring environment with a creative team.- A strong portfolio of work in content creation, especially reels and visual storytelling.- Mentorship and guidance in marketing, branding, and digital content.Note: This is a 6-month paid, full-time on-site internship. The stipend will be 8-15k per month, based on skillsets. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
