The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules to optimize our procurement and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, particularly Purchasing, SSP, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, SQM, Purchasing Contracts, Inventory, and Product Management.
• Customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications to meet business needs, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with procurement policies.
System Maintenance & Support
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts, ensuring minimal impact on business processes.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
• Analyze and optimize current procurement and supply chain processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements, translating them into Oracle Fusion configurations and customizations.
• Deliver training and create documentation to empower end-users and ensure proper system utilization.
Integration & Data Management:
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion SCM with other business systems, such as Financials, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation activities during implementations and system upgrades.
• Design and implement automated workflows, approvals, and alerts to streamline procurement and supply chain operations.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion SCM’s reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics to support strategic decision-making
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, with in-depth expertise in Purchasing, SSP, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, SQM, Purchasing Contracts, Inventory, and Product Management.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including system integrations and customizations.
