Position Title : Manager / Sr. Manager

Function : Operations & Customer Service

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant / CA (Inter) or MBA in Finance & Accounts desirable. Work Experience (highlight): 3+ years’ experience in the Fund Management Investment operations and accounting industry Knowledge of SEBI and AMFI regulations applicable to asset management industry, and related compliance requirements in Investment Operations and Fund Accounting. Knowledge of investment operations front office and back-office systems

Core Purpose of the Role:

Custody Operations: – Creation of security master (Equity / Debt)Settlement of securities (Equity / Debt)Co-ordination with Investment related to trades.Co-ordination with custodian / counterparty / Broker related to trades.Reconciliation of holdings with System and custodian.Settlement of derivative transactions.Placement of margin with CCIL / PCMPledge / Unpledge of securities with CCIL / PCMBooking of corporate action in the system Fund Accounting: – Validation of Valuation / NAV / Expenses calculation by FA.Ensure accounting as per SEBI RegulationEnsure expenses are booked within SEBI limit.Declaration of dividend and accounting.Preparation of Regulatory / Internal Reports.Implementation of regulatory circulars / changes.Payment of expenses to vendor before deducting proper TDS.Reconciliations of FA and RTA books.Review of Trial Balance on Monthly basis.Completion of audit on timely basis. Treasury / Cash Flow: – Preparation of Cash Flow.Sending Cash Flow to investment team on timely basis.Utilization of funds in collection account on same day.Preparation of projected cash flow for future dates. Skills: Knowledge of Accounting / SEBI RegulationsKnowledge of capital and derivative marketKnowledge of operation accounting system.Good in MS-excel and word.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
