Your responsibilities span from supporting order execution to settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all trade activities. Your work will have a direct impact on our team's performance and the achievement of our short-term operational goals.Job responsibilities  Support trade orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to subsequent back-office systems. Develop and Utilize knowledge of market products to understand each deal and contribute to the optimization of our trading platform. Develop and apply automation technologies to support trade processing, including settlements, profit and loss, and confirmations. Actively participate in change management initiatives, leveraging resources to minimize disruption and facilitate successful transitions. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies in processes and proposing solutions based on data analysis. Reconciling the completeness of Trading Activity sent to Firms Surveillance system. End to end Client Trade Life cycle management including allocation, prematching, fails management, Reconciliation (FOBO / FOFO) etc.  Performing Reconciliation activities between Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office Systems therefore maintaining a controlled environment Investigating Risk Management systems for economic breaks, raised by the back office of affiliates through the query management tools.  Required qualifications, capabilities and skills  Graduate with minimum 4 years of work experience in Investment Banking Operations. Should have knowledge of Fixed Income products such as Cash Bonds and Repo. Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in order execution and trade settlement. Demonstrated ability to apply automation technologies in a trading environment, with a focus on process optimization. Proactive in change management, with the ability to leverage resources to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption. Understanding of Fixed Income life cycle of a trade. Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teams Open to work in EMEA shift  Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the overall trading process, with experience in trading services like order execution, trade processing, and risk monitoring, supported by previous experience in finance industry operations roles.  Strong relationship-building, influencing, and conflict management skills, with excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal abilities to resolve issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.  Effective presentation and negotiation skills, combined with an innovative mindset focused on continuous process improvement, and a willingness to be flexible in a team-oriented environment.  AI tools = Alteryx, Tableau and U I Path knowledge would be an advantage
