Job Description :


Work Mode : Remote

- Leverage technologies and tools such as Coveo, Cognigy, LLM and generative AI to develop and integrate tools that enhance the support agent and user experience, including streamlined search functionality.

- Work on developing products that will add value to the support organization.

- You'll be working in Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer support, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in customer portal development, search integration, and AI, incorporating them as needed.

What you'll bring to the team :

- Proven track record (3+ years' experience) of engineering world-class, large-scale commercial applications and web services.

- Experience with search integration technologies, such as Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI.

- Experience with building heavily trafficked websites at scale in a full-stack environment.

- Experience with Typescript/Javascript or another modern programming language, backed by solid computer science fundamentals.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data management/persistence on large distributed systems.

- Nice to have: experience with cloud services at scale on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including agile development and CI/CD.

- An ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed teams, but also the ability to work with the agility and speed of a startup.

Skill set : Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud with Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI. (Mandatory)
