Overview: The HRposition is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive workenvironment by managing employee relations overseeing recruitmentand implementing HR policies. This role plays a key part infostering a healthy organizational culture and promoting employeewellbeing.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead recruitmentefforts and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing toonboarding
  • Oversee employee relations handlegrievances and mediate conflicts
  • Implement andmonitor performance managementprocesses
  • Develop and conduct training anddevelopment programs
  • Ensure compliance withlabor regulations and internal HRpolicies
  • Manage employee benefits andcompensation
  • Administer the HRIS and maintainaccurate employee records
  • Conduct exitinterviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Providesupport in disciplinary actions andterminations
  • Participate in the development andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
  • Coordinate employee engagementinitiatives and events
  • Handle employeeinquiries and escalate issues asneeded
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusionefforts
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports andmetrics
  • Collaborate with management onstrategic workforceplanning
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in HR roles withincreasing responsibility
  • Demonstratedknowledge of employment laws andregulations
  • Strong understanding of HR bestpractices and industry trends
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills
  • Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion
  • Experience in conflict resolutionand performance management
  • Proficiency in HRISand MS Office suite
  • Certification such asSHRMCP or PHR is a plus
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the abilityto interpret data and metrics
  • Detailorientedand meticulous in documentation
  • Ability to workeffectively both independently and in ateam
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Commitment to upholding ethical andprofessionalstandards
