- Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
- Proven experience in HR roles withincreasing responsibility
- Demonstratedknowledge of employment laws andregulations
- Strong understanding of HR bestpractices and industry trends
- Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills
- Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion
- Experience in conflict resolutionand performance management
- Proficiency in HRISand MS Office suite
- Certification such asSHRMCP or PHR is a plus
- Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities
- Analytical mindset with the abilityto interpret data and metrics
- Detailorientedand meticulous in documentation
- Ability to workeffectively both independently and in ateam
