The Goodfellows prides itself on being a companionship for-profit company, for seniors in India to solve the ever-growing problem of isolation and loneliness that the elderly face.
Our internship program is designed to serve as a platform for candidates to showcase their abilities and dedication. It offers a structured opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience and, based on their performance and commitment during the internship, we may consider them for permanent job positions within our organisation.
We at the Goodfellows offer a Two fold internship, which is basically they work for a social cause as well as do the Departmental work which covers 7 departments holistically leading to an overall development of the personality and not just the skills.

Responsibilities:
As an intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with senior citizens, sharing meaningful moments and providing valuable companionship. Your visits will encompass a range of activities, from assisting with technology and accompanying them to medical appointments, to enjoying leisurely walks and heartfelt conversations.
About the Internship
Joining - Immediate
Location - Fort, Mumbai.
Duration - 6-month, 9-month, 12-month, and full-time employment.
Each student is assigned as a companion to three seniors.
Stipend – between 5 to 15 thousand.
Working days - Monday to Saturday
Work Hours - 10 to 6 (Mornings flexible for college students, could be discussed)
