At Calix Commerce, we're on the lookout for someone just like you to help ensure our users have an incredible experience.As part of our Commerce Quality Assurance team, you'll be responsible for:- Reviewing developer work products- Reproducing issues and designing test scenarios- Managing user acceptance testing- Providing feedback on enhancements made to our subscription order billing, CPQ, and E-Commerce systemsIf you have a knack for breaking things (in the best possible way) and are passionate about testing, test automation, user experience, and releasing high-quality, resilient products, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities and Duties: Validate new commerce updates, features, and integrations. Collaborate with developers to assist with issue debugging and reproduction. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of issues and manage tickets in Jira. Actively contribute to the commerce knowledge base and documentation. Provide actionable feedback and insights to improve the user experience. Develop comprehensive test scenarios that accurately validate development updates. Facilitate the smooth execution of user acceptance testing sessions. Partner with Commerce Engineering to develop and enhance test automation. Offer support and assistance to sales, order management, and customer operations teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of proven success in web application quality assurance. Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Asana, Bugzilla, Redmine). Skilled in writing documentation and knowledge base articles. Strong understanding of browser developer tools (e.g., console, network, storage). Ability to quickly identify issues, clearly articulate steps to reproduce, and provide fix recommendations. High degree of user empathy with the ability to provide feedback for improving user experience. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and solutions to broad audiences. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis, Selenium, and Cypress. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Salesforce CRM. Proficiency in product configuration tools such as Oracle CPQ Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ. Familiarity with subscription management systems like Salesforce Billing, Zuora, or Stripe. Knowledge of Order Management Systems, including Oracle ERP and SAP ERP. Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Oracle Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento. Familiarity with client-side issue monitoring tools such as Bugsnag, Sentry, or Airbrake. Strong analytical skills and competency in exporting, manipulating, and importing data with Excel and data loaders. Location: India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter
