Job Title : Oracle EBS Projects (PPM - Project Portfolio Management) Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects Consultant specializing in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Projects modules including Project Portfolio, Costing, Time and Labor, Project Financial Management (PFM), Project Accounting (PA), Billing, and Invoicing.

Responsibilities :

1. Implement, configure, and customize Oracle EBS Projects modules including PPM, Costing, Time and Labor, PFM, PA, Billing, and Invoicing to meet business requirements.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle EBS framework.

3. Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations as needed to enhance the functionality of Oracle EBS Projects modules.

4. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of Oracle EBS Projects implementations.

5. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Project Management to ensure alignment and integration of Oracle EBS Projects with other systems and business processes.

7. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and Oracle EBS updates related to Projects modules to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities as required.

Qualifications Required :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in implementation of Oracle Projects processes

- Well versed with Oracle modules of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, Grants Accounting

- Professional with atleast 2 end to end implementations

- Good working knowledge of modules interacting with Oracle projects like Payables, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Time & Labor

- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business
process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training

- Experience in being a trusted advisor to the client in terms of providing solutions meeting the client requirement including process improvements

- A Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting

- Well versed with Microsoft Project plan or equivalent
