What You’ll Do:


  • From scroll-stopping social media graphics to eye-popping display ads, email templates, and website assets—you’ll create it all
  • Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to whip up designs that WOW while hitting all the right objectives.
  • Ensure every design you create feels on-brand and represents our clients like a boss.
  • Manage design projects from conception to completion, including brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and final execution, making sure it's just right.
  • Translate client briefs into engaging visual content that drives the action (whether it’s a click, a like, or a purchase).
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, digital marketing, and tech innovations to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, to grow within our creative playground.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep everything on track—accuracy is key


What You Bring:


  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication and 3-5 years of experience in an agency (Mandatory).
  • Show us your strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, we want to be blown away
  • Adobe Suite Savvy – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma or Sketch is a Plus).
  • Eye for Detail – You’re not just good, you’re precise—color theory, typography, layout, and composition are your playground.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design? That’s a BIG plus.
  • AI Explorer – Dabbled in design AI tools? We’re intrigued
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas to clients and your team.
  • Deadline Crusher – Proven track record of delivering high-quality work, even when the clock’s ticking.
