Join us as we grow and shape the future of mobility. Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with leadership and employees to implement HR solutions that support business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company’s goals in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent in the EV and tech sectors. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and ensure high employee satisfaction. Performance Management: Lead the performance review process, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and career development. Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and implement programs to upskill employees in line with emerging trends in EV and clean tech industries. Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Act as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment. HR Data & Analytics: Use HR metrics and data analytics to drive informed decisions on talent management, productivity, and workforce planning. Present insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a startup, tech, or EV industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience with HR software and tools (e.G., HRIS, ATS, performance management systems). What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
